LCW E-Solid Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company established on 2 June 2020 by both founders, Mr. Lim Kin Shin and Mr. Wong Suey Chu. Mr. Chong joined LCW E-Solid in August 2021 as a director, with its workshop located at 2 Buroh Crescent #02-05 Ace Buroh, Singapore 627546. The company was founded by three experienced directors, each bringing more than 25 years of expertise in the construction and concrete batching plant industry.
Since its establishment, LCW E-Solid has grown into a trusted service provider for the local construction sector, particularly in the field of concrete batching plant support. Our business encompasses both the supply of products and the provision of services, ensuring that we deliver comprehensive solutions to meet the operational needs of our customers.

Comprehensive Concrete Plant Solutions

On the products side, we specialize in the supply of concrete batching plant components, concrete mixers, and related spare parts. In terms of services, we provide maintenance works, fabrication, assembly, and dismantling of batching plants, ensuring that plant operations remain safe, efficient, and reliable.
Beyond batching plant works, LCW E-Solid also undertakes steel-related projects, including the set-up of storage shelters, cladding, reinstatement works, and other customized steel structures across various industries.

directors' introductions

Mr. Lim Kin Shin

Mr. Lim leads the on-site operations of LCW E-Solid, overseeing the execution of concrete batching plant projects from planning to completion. He coordinates work distribution among teams, supervises project schedules, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. With his strong technical background and hands-on leadership, Mr. Lim frequently visits project sites, taking turns with the other directors to monitor workplace duties, provide guidance, and resolve technical issues. His commitment ensures that every project under his supervision is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client specifications and industry standards.
Founder Mr. Lim Kin Shin has more than 25 years of experience in the set-up and maintenance of concrete batching plants in Singapore.
  • Since 1991, Mr. Lim has worked in RDC Concrete for the Concrete Batching Plant setup team.
  • 2004 – 2007 Joint as Island Concrete
  • Since 2007, he has been to Yong Hua Engrg & Construction to set up a Concrete Plant for Pan United Concrete
  • Mr Lim has taken charge of all the major projects to set up the Concrete Batching Plant for Pan United, including plant maintenance

Mr. Chong Teek Heong (Benjamin)

Benjamin Chong is responsible for the financial management and administrative governance of LCW E-Solid, ensuring financial stability through effective budgeting, cost control, and transparent accounting. He also manages compliance with statutory requirements, employment matters, and corporate governance, alongside overseeing human resource functions. In addition to his administrative role, Mr. Chong occasionally makes supervisory turns on-site with the other directors, ensuring operations remain aligned with safety and quality standards. His dual contribution strengthens both the strategic sustainability and operational integrity of the company.
Benjamin Chong joined LCW E-Solid in July 2021 as Director. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Concrete industry as follows
  • 1997 - 2000 Joint RDC Concrete from groundwork as a cube man, batcher to despatcher
  • 2000 - 2005 Joint Eastern Concrete as Senior Despatcher
  • 2005 - 2010 Joint Top-mix as Supervisor to Senior Supervisor
  • 2010 – 2017 Joint Holcim as call Centre distributor to Distribution Executive
  • 2017 to 2019 Joint Batch-tec as Senior Sales Executive

Mr. Wong Suey Chu

Mr. Wong heads the warehouse and logistics operations, managing the flow of materials, spare parts, and equipment for ongoing projects. He oversees inventory control, procurement, and delivery schedules, ensuring seamless supply chain operations. Beyond logistics, Mr. Wong also participates in site supervision, taking turns with the other directors to monitor project execution and workplace safety. His combined oversight of logistics and site operations ensures that resources are efficiently managed, and projects are executed with reliability and precision.
He almost took charge of all the major projects of setting up and dismantling the Concrete Batching Plant in Singapore, except Pan-United Concrete.
He has more than 20 years of experience in setting up concrete batching plants in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, etc.
  • 1998 – 2002 Joint Rim-Mix as mechanic
  • 2002 – 2006 Joint Hanson Concrete as a mechanician Supervisor
  • 2007 – 2020 Joint Batch-tec as a supervisor to lead more than 20 workers

Although each director is responsible for a distinct function—operations, administration, and logistics—they share a collaborative management style. Collectively, they bring more than 75 years of combined experience in the construction and concrete batching plant industry. This wealth of knowledge enables them to step into each other’s roles when required, ensuring that the company remains agile and resilient in handling challenges.
